Management techniques and theories are constantly evolving and to make sure your first line managers and supervisors are using the latest in management thinking, you should take advantage of this two day programme.  This master class will contain input by an experienced tutor, group discussions, questionnaires and practical exercise that will enable newly appointed managers to put theory into practice as soon as they return to work.

Master Class 2: MANAGING CONFLICT AT WORK

Monday 13th October 2008 (REF: MC2)

We have all come across situations where something has happened at work and it gets blown out of all proportion.  In lots of instances we leave things to sort themselves out and then find that instead of this happening, they go from bad to worse!  Situations like these, and of course more serious issues, are often described as “conflict at work”.  This master class will identify your natural conflict management style, and give you all the tools, techniques and practical opportunities to practice using your preferred style and understand when other styles may be more appropriate.

Master Class 3: MANAGING YOUR TIME TO BEST EFFECT

Monday 27th October 2008 (REF: MC3)

If improving your personal organisation is something you have always wanted to achieve, but “never had to time to do it”, this is your opportunity to change.  This master class is very interactive, with two competitive games included and plenty of action points to take away with you.

Master Class 4: FIRST STEPS TO MANAGEMENT - PART 2

Master Class 5: IMPROVING YOUR CUSTOMERS' EXPERIENCE

In these days of aggressive pricing and fierce competition, every customer expects that little bit more from their supplier.  Successful companies all over the UK are meeting and exceeding these expectations by concentrating on the “customer experience” rather than the traditional view of customer service.  Learn how to look at your organisation holistically and then decide what you can do to really delight your customers so much that they have don’t even consider any other supplier!
