These "Best Practice Documents" are produced
by The NAPM as a guide to members as to what may be considered to be
"Best Practice" within the paper merchanting industry.
It is a commercial decision for each
member company alone as to what degree "Best Practice"
documents are adopted or followed.
The NAPM cannot "enforce"
or "uphold" the implementation of "Best Practice"
documents amongst its membership.
