Programme Director: Pauline Gordon MSc, Chartered MCIPD, Dip TM

Prior to working as a training and development consultant, Pauline worked across a broad span of paper industry sectors.  She has held a variety of sales positions which have ranged from paper manufacture and publishing to general paper merchanting.  She now runs a successful training and development organisation, of which Paper Matters is an industry specific division.

Programme Manager: Neil Gordon BSc (Hons), BA, Assoc CIPD

Neil has worked with a number of organisations, devising and delivering a range of training initiatives to a wide cross section of staff.  His experience in general business combined with his industry specific knowledge enables him to deliver this programme to the highest standard.

Paper Appreciation Course & Print Appreciation Course

Programme Director: John Watson

John is presently the mill director of The Frogmore Mill, an entity of The Apsley Paper Trail, a charitable trust and has worked in a variety of positions in the paper based communications industry during the past 30 plus years.

His previous employ was as managing director of a small group of companies, which were involved in paper purchasing and management, magazine publishing and paper protection and testing equipment.

He trained at the London College of Print and was also awarded the Bowater Scholarship in papermaking. His special interest has always been the interaction where paper and print comes together. His broad based technical knowledge in this field enables him to deliver this programme to the highest standard and with some humour!
